Nutrition you can trust
Macomb County is set to enrich its community with the addition of a new, locally-owned Pet Health and Nutrition business.
Jerry and Lisa Luzynski, the passionate owners of Pet Wants Chesterfield, have cherished their role as pet parents since their childhood. Along with their three children, Lauren, Kathryn, and Jack, the Luzynski family has lovingly raised three pets, with their 10-year-old yellow lab, Charlie, currently at the center of their lives. For over two decades, the Luzynskis have been integral members of the New Baltimore/Chesterfield community, actively participating in school, church, and various community activities.
The turning point came when Charlie, despite regular exercise and walks, began to show signs of lethargy as he aged. The discovery of Pet Wants dog food marked a significant turnaround; within a few short weeks, Charlie exhibited a remarkable boost in energy and a noticeably softer coat, seemingly shedding years off his age. Inspired by Charlie's transformation, the Luzynskis were motivated to share this experience with their community.
With great enthusiasm, the Luzynski family looks forward to educating local pet families on the importance of pet nutrition, health, and wellness. They are eager to introduce SPAW products and their specially crafted, low and slow-cooked, small-batch food made with natural ingredients for perfectly balanced meals. The Luzynskis have already begun showcasing their diverse product range at local events, shows, fairs, and markets, and are thrilled to announce the planned opening of their first brick-and-mortar location in Macomb County in November 2024.
