Founded in 1997 as a 501(c)(3) companion cat rescue, we have provided care for cats through our limited intake shelter and foster programs.Ā We provide shelter in our St. Paul Adoption Center and in Foster Homes.Ā This includes in-house veterinary care and support through our volunteer network.
Mission: To provide shelter, foster, veterinary care, community outreach, and appropriate adoption or placement assistance for domestic cats in need of compassionate care.
Vision: Communities in which cats are given respect and thoughtful regard.

We provide rescue and relief to homeless and endangered cats in our community via the following programs:

Spay/Neuter Subsidies
Community Outreach and Services
Our newly added Cat Support Services program is designed to assist cat owners and caretakers in need. We understand that the decision to surrender an animal is a difficult one, and that blame and shame only build distrust in the community against the animal welfare industry. We strive to give compassionate care to community members as well as their animals, so that they will come to us for help in their time of need.
